As a mother, an accredited baby and toddler sleep consultant, and a registered paediatric nurse with over 11 years of experience, I understand the challenges of sleepless nights firsthand. In addition to being a certified sleep consultant, I’m a Registered Paediatric Nurse with over 11 years of experience. But my most important role is being a mum to my 5-year-old daughter, Esme.

Esme’s early years were challenging—she had reflux, a cow’s milk protein allergy, and spent time in the Special Care Baby Unit. Sleep was hard to come by, and I spent countless nights pacing, Googling solutions, and trying every sleep trick I could find.

I finally decided to reach out to a sleep consultant, and within days, everything changed. Esme started sleeping through the night in her own bed, and our family life was transformed. That’s when I decided to become a sleep consultant myself—so I could help other families find the same relief.

With over a decade of nursing experience and specialised training in infant sleep, I’m passionate about helping families get the rest they deserve.

  • What is an Infant Sleep Consultant and How Can I Help?
    An infant sleep consultant is a professional who specializes in identifying your baby’s current sleep challenges and helping you resolve them. I create a personalized, step-by-step plan tailored to your baby’s unique needs and your family’s lifestyle. I’ll guide you through implementing these changes, offering support and encouragement every step of the way. The goal is to help your baby (and you!) achieve better, more restful sleep. My approach is flexible and customized, ensuring that the solutions work for your family while promoting healthy, sustainable sleep habits for your little one.
  • Will my baby have to ‘cry it out’
    I do not use the ‘cry it out’ method within my consultancy. There are many ways to encourage better sleep without resorting to cry it out. I focus on gentle supportive methods. However, I cannot promise there will be no tears at all as ultimately we will be making changes and every one finds change hard, so their may be a few tears whilst little on adapts to change.
  • What sleep training method do you use?
    I use a range of gentle self-settling methods to improve the sleep of your little one. I will decide on the best method to suit the sleep needs of each child, and one that you as a family will be happy with too
  • Can I still breastfeed or bottle-feed my baby while sleep training?
    Absolutely! I will always ensure that your little one’s nutritional needs are met. If you feel your little one needs a set number of feeds per night then I will ensure we work to whatever you and your baby are comfortable with. But we will work on getting good quality restful sleep in between feeds.
  • Can you help with sleep issues for toddlers as well?
    Yes! I work with little ones from 5 months old to 4 years old. Whether it’s nap transitions, night wakings, helping toddler to sleep in their own bed and many more I can help you. Sleep is important and every stage of childhood.
  • What guarantees do you offer?
    Whilst I can’t give a 100% guarantee. I have the utmost confidence in my sleep training programmes and bespoke 1:1 support I offer to families. I believe that if you are fully committed to following my plan and are consistent with the approach, You will improve sleep for the whole family
  • When can I start?
    Once we have had a discovery call and ensured we are both happy to work with each other. I will send you a sleep log to complete over 3 – 4 days. This will then be followed by an online video consultation. Then we will begin your sleep journey straight away. Click below to get started right away!
